Refund requests received after the fourteen (14) day refund period are not eligible for a refund and will be denied. Approved Refunds If your refund request is approved: • The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. • Any software license associated with the refunded purchase may be revoked. • Access to downloads, updates, or other services related to the refunded product may be removed. Non-Refundable Purchases Refunds will not be provided for: • Refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the original purchase date. • Purchases obtained through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces not operated by The Testing Zone. • Products that have already been refunded. • Attempts to obtain multiple refunds for the same purchase. Chargebacks Customers are encouraged to contact The Testing Zone before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Initiating a fraudulent or unnecessary chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account and the revocation of associated software licenses.
