License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using software provided by The Testing Zone, you agree to comply with this License Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the software. License Grant Upon successful purchase or authorized acquisition, The Testing Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software in accordance with this Agreement. This license is granted only to the original purchaser or authorized user. Ownership The software is licensed, not sold. All ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, documentation, source code, graphics, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of The Testing Zone or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the software to you. Permitted Use You may: • Install and use the software on the number of devices permitted by your purchased license. • Make a reasonable backup copy for personal recovery purposes. • Receive software updates when available and permitted by your license. Restrictions Unless expressly authorized in writing by The Testing Zone, you may not: • Copy the software except as expressly permitted. • Redistribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, assign, or transfer the software or license. • Share license keys or activation credentials. • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software. • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law. • Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or licensing information. • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with licensing, activation, or security mechanisms. License Verification The Testing Zone may verify the validity of your software license. Failure to maintain a valid license may prevent access to updates, downloads, or certain software features. License Revocation The Testing Zone reserves the right to suspend or revoke a license if: • The software was obtained through fraud or unauthorized means. • Payment has been reversed through a chargeback or refund. • The license has been transferred or shared in violation of this Agreement. • The software has been used in violation of this Agreement or other applicable policies. Software Updates The Testing Zone may provide software updates, improvements, security patches, bug fixes, or new features. Updates may be optional or required depending on the software and its licensing requirements. Support Technical support is provided according to the support options available for the licensed software. Support may be limited or unavailable for discontinued or unsupported software versions. Termination This License Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Agreement automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession where applicable. Disclaimer of Warranty The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Testing Zone disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Testing Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. In all cases, the maximum liability of The Testing Zone shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable software license. Compliance with Laws You agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Entire Agreement This License Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and any applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), constitutes the complete agreement between you and The Testing Zone regarding the licensing of the software. Changes to This Agreement The Testing Zone reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Agreement indicates when this Agreement was most recently revised.
