End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last Updated: August 5, 2026 Overview This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and The Testing Zone ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of software products provided by The Testing Zone. By installing, downloading, activating, or using any software provided by The Testing Zone, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software. License Grant Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable purchase requirements, The Testing Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer ownership of the software. Ownership The software is licensed, not sold. All ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of The Testing Zone or its licensors. Restrictions Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or by written authorization from The Testing Zone, you may not: • Copy the software except for reasonable backup purposes. • Redistribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software. • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code. • Modify, alter, translate, or create derivative works from the software. • Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, licensing information, or other proprietary notices. • Circumvent or attempt to bypass licensing, activation, or security mechanisms. License Activation Some software may require activation, account verification, or a valid license before all features become available. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in limited functionality or the inability to use certain features. Updates The Testing Zone may provide software updates, bug fixes, security updates, or feature enhancements. Some updates may be optional, while others may be required for continued compatibility or security. Support Technical support is provided in accordance with our published support policies. Support may be limited for discontinued, unsupported, or legacy software versions. Termination This Agreement automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and destroy any copies in your possession unless otherwise required by law. The Testing Zone may revoke software licenses associated with accounts found to be in violation of this Agreement. Disclaimer of Warranty The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Testing Zone disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Testing Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the installation or use of the software. The maximum liability of The Testing Zone for any claim relating to the software shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable software license. Export Compliance You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations relating to the software. You may not export or use the software in violation of applicable laws. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Testing Zone regarding the software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings relating to its use. Changes to This Agreement The Testing Zone reserves the right to update or modify this End User License Agreement at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website or distribution with updated software. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Agreement indicates when it was most recently revised.
